Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth rental of studio space, we have established the following policies: 1. **Punctuality**: Renters are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled rental slot. Please make sure to start and finish your session according to the agreed-upon times to avoid any conflicts with other renters. 2. **Respect for the Space**: Renters must treat the studio space with care and respect. This includes keeping the space clean and tidy, not causing any damage to the equipment or facilities, and adhering to any specific rules regarding the use of the space. 3. **Intended Use Only**: The studio space should be used only for the purposes outlined in the rental agreement. Any use of the space for activities not agreed upon or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 4. **Equipment Usage**: Renters are responsible for using the equipment in the studio properly and safely. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges. 5. **Guest Policy**: If you plan to have any guests or additional persons with you during the rental period, please inform us in advance and make sure they adhere to the studio policies. It is the renter's responsibility to take care of their guests. 6. **Clean-Up**: Renters are expected to clean up the studio space after use. This includes putting away any equipment used, clearing any debris or garbage, and leaving the space in the same condition as it was found. Please review and agree to these policies before renting the studio space. Violation of these policies may result in additional charges or cancellation of future rental privileges.
